Yeaaaa She don’t have Cancer!

Hey,

I just wanted to give an update on my friend she don’t have breast cancer. The tumor they took out was not cancerous. I know there is a word for that but I can’t spell it. Any way I was verrry pleased when she called me.

On to Shop stuff I’ve been working on shirts for Home services they are affiliated with home depot somehow any way trying to finish these up this week. Can you say need more Christmas money? lol

I don’t kow if anyone is reading this or not. I seriously don’t know how you get others to come to your blog. Maybe someone could give me a clue?

Store front photos

Well I’m back and in full swing. My friend came thru the surgery just fine we will find out wed. if it was cancer or not. She caught it early so… Even if it is it should not be too bad. I ran this blankies this morning so I thought I would post those along with some photos of the shop front. Just a little something different for a change.

Made a new bag

I made a new bag today. I had some pretty left over upholstery scraps. He saves those for me:) . Anyway I just finished it up. I think it turned out cute. I will try to get it posted soon. My best friend is having surgery tomorrow. So I won’t be back here til Monday. She is having a lump taken out of her left breast under her arm Pray that is is not cancer. Anyway I will be at the hospital with her tomorrow and sitting with her at home on saturday. I did it I loaded it. I put velcro across the top of this one so it wouldn’t gap open. I couldn’t get some wrinkles out of the fabric where it was “stored” in my fabric box. I will unload it and try some starch on it when I get home.

Posting Maniac

Well I know I’ve already posted twice today. But I finished this job and I thought it came out way too pretty. So I figured I would share it. It is an Eddie Bauer Bag that I monogrammed. And yes that is the real initals of the customer. The thread matches the brown real well. (In real life). I think I’m getting the hang of this blogging stuff. Kinda fun.

Southern slang for hello, lol. I finally got the picture to load this morning for last nights post.

So now I need to post on these duffel bags I been working on today. They turned out cute!

This time every year I get loaded with gifts items to personalize. So I thought I would post a few. Let me know what you think. They say by friday it is suppose to get into the teens. Can you say freezing water pipes. At least we will get to have cozy fires in the fire place. That is a plus ++

Cold Weather

Wow, Cold weather has arrived in Georgia. The week before we were enjoying 70 degree weather. So naturally everyone is getting sick. I thought my shop would be busy the week after thanksgiving but I was wrong. They chose this week instead. But that is ok better than not coming at all, I was beginning to get worried. I am on a side street, (would really rather be on a main street) because everyone that comes in the door says that they didn’t know I was here. The rent is just so much more. I guess I will have to stay here for now…. and hope and dream for a new big place that I can afford out there in the real world. I got to run and get some more work done. I finished digitizing another logo this morning and will post it as soon as possible. I have several purses to make for Christmas gifts also. Along with some pj’s for a friend. so much to do and so little time. I don’t know how you regular bloggers find the time to do the cool post you do. Maybe after a little while it will become easier for me also. See ya next time.

Embroidery of the day

 

Well I think I will try loading a couple of pictures today and see how that goes. The first one is of a stitch out of the naval seabees logo. The next one will be of Lakeland Baptist Church logo. These are a couple of jobs in the works.
